(Mu'amin) 40 : 71
إِذِ الْأَغْلَالُ فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ وَالسَّلَاسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ

When the yokes are worn in their necks and will be dragged with the tied-up chains.
